Fruition Multipurpose Co-operative Society Limited has been registered since 2014 as a Multi-State Co-operative Society, duly constituted and registered under the provisions of the Multi State Co-operative Societies Act, (39 of 2002),2002 and the Multi State Credit Co-operative Society Rules,2002 made there under. Fruition Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited being a Multi-State Co-operative Society does not accept deposit but contributions from the public. It receives such contributions from its members only and not from the general public. The Society works under the authority & control of Central Registrar under the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmer’s Welfare, Krishi Bhawan, New Delhi.
Unlike public myth, the Society is not governed by Reserve Bank of India, Registrar of Companies, Securities and Exchange Board of India or any other regulatory body.
